A Few Words

About Me & On Point Bookkeeping

Exceptional Service

Focus Your Time and Efforts on Running Your Business and Leave the Accounting to Me

I’m the calm, detail-obsessed problem solver who genuinely enjoys making sense of numbers. Not just balancing them, but understanding what they’re actually saying. Efficiency isn’t something I try to practice—it’s how my brain naturally works. I see patterns quickly, notice what’s out of place, and instinctively look for cleaner, more effective ways to do things. When systems are organized and information is clear, everything runs better—and that’s where I thrive.

I’ve always been someone who does well under pressure. Deadlines don’t rattle me; they sharpen my focus. When things get complex, I don’t shut down—I zoom out, assess what matters, and move forward with intention. That ability to stay steady while thinking critically is at the heart of how I approach bookkeeping. Because bookkeeping isn’t just about recording transactions or checking boxes. It’s about clarity, compliance, and giving people the information they need to make confident decisions.

That belief is what led me to build On Point Bookkeeping.

More Than Numbers on a Page

Accurate Record Keeping Is a Key Component to the Success of Your Business.

For decades, I’ve managed ledgers in one form or another. Long before I ever opened my business, I was tracking, reconciling, organizing, and double-checking numbers in my own life. I didn’t see it as a chore—it made sense to me. There was comfort in knowing where everything stood, in being able to look at the numbers and feel grounded rather than stressed. Over time, that hands-on experience evolved into professional expertise. Today, as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and business owner, I bring that same attention to detail and strategic mindset into every client relationship. I don’t just enter data. I look at the story behind the numbers. I notice inconsistencies. I ask whether something makes sense. And when something doesn’t, I dig until it does. My clients don’t come to me just to “get their books done.” They come because they want clarity. They want to know where they stand. They want their finances handled accurately, thoughtfully, and without chaos. My role is to make sure the books are clean, compliant, and organized—so business owners can stop guessing and start making decisions from a place of confidence.

Professional, But Human

I describe myself as professional but approachable, structured but flexible. I take my work seriously, but I never forget that behind every set of books is a real person with real pressures, responsibilities, and goals. For many business owners, finances are one of the biggest sources of stress. They’re juggling clients, employees, families, and everything else life throws at them—often while carrying the silent worry that their numbers aren’t quite under control.

That’s where I come in.

My goal is always to make things simpler, cleaner, and more organized than when I found them. I want my clients to look at their books and feel relief, not dread. I want them to exhale and think, “Finally—this makes sense.” That moment of clarity is what I work toward every single time.

Motherhood: My Greatest Teacher

While my professional experience shapes how I work, motherhood shapes who I am.

I’m a mother of two boys, and that role has sharpened my skills in ways no formal training ever could. Being a mom requires constant prioritization, adaptability, and emotional intelligence. It teaches you how to manage competing demands, think three steps ahead, and stay calm when everything feels loud and urgent at the same time.

As a mother, I’ve learned how to be efficient without being rigid. How to create structure while still leaving room for flexibility. How to solve problems quickly, often with limited information, while keeping the bigger picture in mind. These skills translate seamlessly into my business.

Running a household teaches you how to manage resources, anticipate needs, and plan for both the expected and the unexpected. It teaches accountability. It teaches resilience. And it teaches you that consistency matters far more than perfection.

Perhaps most importantly, motherhood has reinforced my deep sense of responsibility. When I commit to something—or someone—I take that commitment seriously. That same care shows up in how I handle my clients’ businesses. I know how much is riding on those numbers. I know what it feels like to carry responsibility, and I honor that trust fully.

On Point Bookkeeping wasn’t born out of a trend or a quick decision

It came from a deeply personal place.

I opened my business because I wanted to give my children a life I never had.

I wanted to build something stable, something sustainable—something that showed them what it looks like to work hard, think strategically, and create opportunity rather than wait for it. I wanted them to see resilience in action. To see that it’s possible to build a future intentionally, even if the path isn’t always linear.

Starting this business was about more than income. It was about autonomy. About creating a career that aligned with my strengths, values, and responsibilities as a parent. About proving—to myself as much as to my children—that it’s possible to build something meaningful while still being present for the people who matter most.

That motivation runs deep. It’s what keeps me focused, disciplined, and committed to excellence. When I show up for my clients, I’m not just doing a job—I’m building a legacy rooted in integrity, reliability, and care.

A Strategic Partner, Not Just a Bookkeeper

I see my role as a partner, not a task-doer.

Yes, I reconcile accounts. Yes, I ensure accuracy and compliance. But beyond that, I help clients understand what their numbers are telling them. I help them see where they’re strong, where they need to adjust, and how to move forward with clarity.

I believe bookkeeping should support decision-making, not complicate it. Clean books create confidence. Organized financials create space—space to grow, to plan, to rest. My work exists to give business owners that space.

Whether someone is scaling, stabilizing, or navigating a period of transition, my approach remains the same: calm, methodical, and grounded in accuracy. I bring structure where there’s confusion and clarity where there’s overwhelm.

The On Point Difference

What sets me apart isn’t just experience or credentials—it’s how I think.  I’m naturally analytical, but also deeply practical. I don’t overcomplicate things. I look for what’s effective, sustainable, and aligned with my clients’ real-world needs. I value communication, transparency, and consistency. I want my clients to feel informed, supported, and confident—not intimidated by their own numbers.

When you work with me, you’re working with someone who:

notices details others miss

respects deadlines and follows through

understands pressure and stays steady under it

values accuracy, organization, and clarity

genuinely cares about doing things the right way

At the End of the Day

On Point Bookkeeping exists to make life easier for business owners. To take something stressful and turn it into something manageable. To replace chaos with clarity.

I’m here for the business owners who want more than data entry. Who want their books handled thoughtfully and professionally. Who want to understand their numbers—not avoid them.

And at the core of it all, I’m a mother building a future—for my clients, my business, and my children—with intention, integrity, and care.
